Who We Are

Curbside Phone Tech is a local, independent mobile device repair team serving Minnetonka, Wayzata, Excelsior, Plymouth, Eden Prairie, Saint Louis Park, Eagan, Cottage Grove, Inver Grove Heights, Saint Paul Park and the wider Lake Minnetonka area of Minnesota. We are not a call center, a remote help line, or a national chain. We are a small hands-on operation that fixes phones, tablets, and watches in person.

We Bring the Shop to You

We do not run a storefront and we do not ask you to mail your device anywhere. Our technician operates out of a fully stocked service vehicle and drives directly to your home, office, or wherever you are in our service area. We carry common parts on board, so most screen replacements are completed on-site, usually in about 40 to 55 minutes, while you watch.

Everything we do is physical, hands-on hardware work, performed in person right from our service vehicle: mobile hardware parts replacement, on-site broken glass swapping, and physical display installation. We do not service devices over the internet or by phone, and we will never ask you to install any remote-access app or hand over control of your device.

Why We Started

Getting a cracked screen fixed used to mean driving across town, leaving your phone for hours, and paying store markups. We thought that was backwards. Your phone is how you work, navigate, and stay in touch, so being without it for a day is a real problem. Curbside Phone Tech was built around a simple idea: the repair should come to you, the price should be clear before we arrive, and you should only pay once it works.
