Yes — reputable ones do. A repair warranty is one of the clearest signals of quality and accountability. Here's what to look for and what the terms actually mean.
A good repair warranty covers two things: the replacement part and the labor.
Duration matters. Thirty days is minimal. Sixty days is fair. Ninety days is the standard for shops confident in their parts and work. We offer 90 days on every repair.
A repair shop that offers no warranty is telling you something important about how confident they are in the quality of their parts and work. Walk away. If a part fails after a professional repair within 30 days, a reputable shop fixes it — period.
Within 90 days of your repair, if the repaired component fails under covered conditions — contact us. We schedule a return visit, we come to your location, and we fix it at no charge. No hoops, no long process. The whole point of mobile repair is convenience — that applies to warranty visits too.
Our repair warranty is separate from your device's manufacturer warranty. Apple's manufacturer warranty covers defects in Apple's original hardware and doesn't cover physical damage anyway. Our warranty covers what we did — the repair. They coexist.
Note: if your device has active AppleCare+, repairs with non-Apple parts may affect coverage for that specific component under AppleCare+. This doesn't affect our separate 90-day warranty coverage.
If something we fixed fails within 90 days, we return and fix it free. Book mobile repair in Minnetonka and surrounding suburbs.
